This collaboration will pave the way for the establishment of a new YI SANG Chinese restaurant at the highly anticipated Techo International Airport, set to open in mid-2025.
The franchise signing agreement was held on March 2025, in the presence of Mr. Luu Meng, CEO of Almond Hospitality, and Mr. Nicolas Letellier – Vice Président Asie Pacifique ‑ General Manager of Newrest Cambodia. This partnership reflects a shared vision to enhance the culinary offerings at the new international airport, catering to both local patrons and global travellers.

The YI SANG Chinese restaurant will feature a specially curated menu that highlights traditional Cambodian-Chinese dishes crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, it promises a relaxing dining experience for travelers.
